I paint what I see around me, the way that I see the world, creating movement and energy through expression using colour and shapes.
I have always immersed myself in music and looked to musicians rather than visual artists for inspiration, not as a deliberate or conscious choice. I've always been inspired and therefore heavily influenced by the fluidity of sonic story telling.
Drawing and focusing on energy and light, I hope to capture the mystery of my subject, bringing it to life.
