Browse our online portfolio and click on any items that you are interested in. If you would like to purchase the item, simply click the Add to basket button. This places the items into your shopping basket, which can be reviewed at any point. Once your items are added to your shopping basket postage costs will be calculated. When you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket you can proceed to the checkout where you will enter your delivery and billing details. All prices quoted on this website include VAT where appropriate. For orders billed outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the order total at checkout. After you have completed your order, Paypal will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order. All items for sale are usually kept in stock. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 5 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or will be given an expected date of delivery. When specifying a delivery address, please bear in mind that many of the items we supply will not fit through a standard letterbox, so if you are not at home when delivery is attempted you may need to pick them up from your local sorting office. For your convenience, we offer the option to specify a different delivery address from that used for billing. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
We always aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We are continually expanding to provide a larger range to give our customers more choice. If you wish to return an item which is not suitable or no longer required, you should call us within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us and should then return the item in original packaging, undamaged within 7 days from the date of the call. You should include paperwork with the original order number stated. We recommend using Royal Mails parcel service in all cases. When the item arrives with us we will refund your card for the cost of the item in full but NOT the cost of returning the item to us. You can choose to have a replacement item (if available). The goods must be unused and we will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement, and contact you if the claim is in doubt.
